In today’s world people are hungering for significance and meaning. Customized to meet each individual's goals and needs, the InventureCoach process helps those who are transitioning to the next stage refocus on their strengths and priorities and reclaim their passion and purpose in life.

What is it?

InventureCoach is a personalized, one-on-one process for building an individual’s capacity to renew and reinvent themselves.  We live in a world of change where more options and choices are available than ever before.  The InventureCoach process provides the time and space for individuals to hit the “pause” button on their lives in order to assess what’s most important and build a plan and practices to live that out.

What are the results?

As a result of working through the InventureCoach process, individuals will:
  • Understand their priorities for the next phase of life
  • Recognize the importance of recovery and renewal time
  • Create and use a personal sounding board
  • Use their purpose, vision and values as a basis for making life and work choices
Program Structure

InventureCoach is a disciplined process that asks the right questions and puts a map and a practice together to help individuals create a life of significance.  It provides the time and tools to aid individuals in pulling together, sorting through and putting into practice their most important priorities. The result is a map and practice that will endure.

The process helps individuals:
  • Look Inward—Think through life circumstances to determine what they need to do to grow personally and professionally and to renew their vision, purpose, values, talents and calling.
  • Look Outward—Focus their energies more effectively to live and work from their priorities and eliminate distractions.
  • Look Forward—Bridge the coaching experience to real time application.
Adjusted to fit the individual’s schedule, the InventureCoach process is also confidential. Individuals work directly with a certified Inventure coach.

Program Components

An Inventure coach meets with each individual one-on-one. Techniques include initial face-to-face meetings and monthly telephone coaching and feedback, plus reading, assessments and disciplined daily personal practices.

All coaches have been certified in the InventureCoach process developed by Richard Leider.
