Our Coaching Philosophy

Coaching helps clients venture inward to discover their purpose, venture outward to create a vision of living on purpose, and then venture forward to live a life that makes a difference.
At the heart of great coaching lies a coach/client relationship that is distinct from any other. It's this relationship, built on trust and confidentiality, that leads a client to make invaluable discoveries about him or herself. Coaches are experts in empowering others to help themselves through life/work challenges and changes; they aren't in the business of providing therapy or advice-giving. The best coaches recognize that a client knows him or herself better than anyone and that their role is to bring answers to the surface.

As a professional coach, you have received the extensive education, training and experience to provide your clients with the help they desire. But because coaching is relationship based and your business relies on the trust of your clientele, you also need to set a standard of ethics by which you run your practice. The Inventure Group has its own InventureCoach Code of Ethics.
